Adèle is a qualified teacher and registered Organisational Psychologist with over 16 years of international experience in learning, development, and organisational consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Education, Honours degrees in Educational Management and in Organisational Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences.

Throughout her career, she has worked across corporate and educational environments, supporting organisational change, leadership development, and confident communication in diverse cultural contexts. In 2017, she founded ACConsulting and continues to work internationally as an Organisational Psychologist, facilitator, and guest lecturer.

Adèle is also the founder of Fearless Clarity Language Learning, where she combines her teaching expertise and passion for developing others to help children learn with confidence and joy. Her work has been recognised through several academic and leadership awards, including the Mandela Rhodes Scholarship and the Abe Bailey Scholarship.
